Refund & Cancellation Policy

All service and advance payments made to SearchCombat are strictly non-refundable. When you engage our services, we immediately allocate resources, human capital, and technical infrastructure to your campaign.

Setup fees, whether applied to new campaigns, website builds, or structural audits, are non-refundable as they cover immediate labour and diagnostic costs incurred upon commencement.

Clients operating on month-to-month retainers must provide cancellation notice prior to the commencement of their next billing cycle.

Once a new monthly cycle has commenced and billing has occurred, the payment for that current month is non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

We provide a clear six-month replacement guarantee for all link placements. If a link we place drops or is removed within six months of delivery, we will replace it with a link of equal or greater value at no additional cost.

Client-requested changes to target URLs or anchor text after a link has been placed and confirmed may incur additional blogger or administrative fees, as these require manual renegotiation with third-party webmasters.

If an acquired link is demonstrably spammy or entirely irrelevant to the agreed strategy, we reserve the right to either issue a targeted refund for that specific link or replace it with a suitable alternative.

Search engine algorithms are controlled entirely by third-party platforms (e.g., Google). As such, SearchCombat cannot and does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or immediate financial outcomes.

While our strategies are evidence-led and designed for commercial growth, backlinks, content, and technical fixes alone do not guarantee instant results. Organic growth is a long-term investment. Consequently, lack of immediate ranking movement is not grounds for a refund.
